How do we manage quality assurance?

We’re proud of our reputation as one of the finest “one-call, one-stop” manufacturers of brand identity and electronic user interface products. We take your trust seriously, employing proven quality management principles to enhance customer satisfaction and continually improve our performance and capabilities. We have decades of experience meeting the stringent regulations and certifications for the automotive, aerospace and medical device industries, which serve as benchmarks for all of the products we manufacture.

How do we handle certifications?

All SapuraOMV facilities are certified to operate under the guidance of various international standards for quality management systems based on their respective customer requirements and products. Conformance to these standards ensures that SapuraOMV maintains the highest level of product quality and process control in their manufacturing facilities. In addition, many SapuraOMV label constructions are listed with Underwriters Laboratories as well as tested and approved to the US Standard.

How do we give back to the community?

SapuraOMV believes in giving back and investing in the community that we live in. Our culture of service and teamwork is very important to us, and we support a variety of causes that our employees care about. Ultimately, our goal is to make a lasting, positive impact on the people around us including our clients, employees and communities.

HSSE Principles

Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) are the four pillars of responsibilities we adhere in our conviction to protect our people and preserving the environment. These core beliefs have contributed to the continuing success of SapuraOMV in the oil and gas industry.

Strict adherence to safety protocols while optimising the integrity of our facilities and maintaining constant proactive risk management in all of our projects secured our successful achievement of all of the HSSE objectives.

SapuraOMV creation of a safe and conducive workplace free of injuries and accidents while minimising environmental impact via the E&P phases is unrivalled in the Oil and Gas industry.

Health

SapuraOMV places their well-being both mentally and physically in their highest priorities. An occupational health management standard was established to ensure comprehensive healthcare for our employees. From preventive initiatives such as targeted promotional campaigns, systemic assessment of health risk, mitigation to extensive all-inclusive range of employee care are provided.

Safety

SapuraOMV adheres strictly to the highest standards in safekeeping our working environment for our employees and contractors. Our HSSE Management system is based on the HSSE Policy and Regulations. The HSSE Management Standard and Hazard Management Standard serve as the templates of our safety protocols.

Security

SapuraOMV places the security of its personnel, assets, information, operations, and reputation at the highest level of protection against any threats. We adopted the OMV Group Security and Resilience standards to counter security threats ensuring continuity of operations in volatile environments. Close cooperation with the Malaysian government security agencies ensures protection of our operations in the territorial disputes of the South China Sea.

Environment

To effectively minimize the environmental impact of our operations, stringent emphasis was put on operational discharges, environmental spills, greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions and waste management. All environmental impacts from our operations are managed according to local and international environmental laws and SapuraOMV own guidelines. All pollution incidences are reported to the authorities immediately in compliance with our operations.

Receive and register

All feedback submitted (by any means used) will receive an acknowledgement form and if required, a call from our CFM team for further discussion.

Asses, Investigation and Resolution

Further data gathering on-site and continuous engagements may take place to assess the case, assists the investigation and explore possible resolutions.

Options

If the resolution provided under the mechanism is not agreeable, you may seek remedy outside the CFM, such as legal options.
